How we carry your vehicle
Your vehicle travels on a flatbed truck with all four wheels off the road. It adds no miles and takes no wear. Flatbeds suit prestige and lowered cars, which need a low loading angle.
A vehicle that does not run is loaded with a winch. Tell dispatch if the car does not start, steer or roll, and whether the keys are with it.
